About Dr. Merali

As a part of the Trillium Neurosurgery Clinic, Dr. Merali strives to provide comprehensive and value-based neurosurgical care and services for patients in Peel Region and the Greater Toronto Area.

In-person consults take place at the Trillium Neurosurgery Clinic located at 101 Queensway W, Mississauga. All surgical procedures are performed at the Mississauga Hospital located at 100 Queensway W, Mississauga, ON L5B 1B8.

Our Team

  • Dr. Zamir Merali

    Dr. Merali completed his medical school training and 6 year residency in Neurosurgery at the University of Toronto. He completed an Endovascular Neurosurgery fellowship at St. Michael’s Hospital where he specializes in minimally invasive procedures. He also carries a Masters Degree in Biostatistics from the University of Toronto. Dr. Merali is an Associate with Trillium Health Partners.

  • Prabhjot Sara, Medical Office Assistant

    Hello and welcome! My name is Prabhjot and I am the medical office assistant for Dr. Zamir Merali. With a passion for patient care I strive to ensure your experience at our office is seamless and efficient. A little bit about my self, I’ve completed an undergraduate degree in psychology and worked alongside personal support workers and nurses. Aside from that I enjoy playing sports and reading. Together with our medical team we are committed to providing you with compassionate care and professional services.
